Zach Munn

• Born: Tulsa, OK

• Grew up: Dallas, TX & Steamboat, CO

• Food Service Background: Raised in the industry via the family rep firm starting in 1994 (Munn Marketing). I facilitated the sell of Munn Marketing to EPI in 2010, then moved on to start Advanced Culinary in 2011.

• Certifications: Certified Professional Manufacturer’s Rep (CPMR), Certified Food Service Professional (CFSP)

• Interests: A good biergarten and anything outdoors! This includes camping, snowboarding, rock climbing, mountain biking, paddle boarding.

Terry Mathis

• Born: Thurso, Scotland

• Grew up: Chattanooga, TN

• Food Service Background: Started with Munn Marketing in 2001 as their Houston sales rep and I have been here ever since!

• Certifications: Certified Food Service Professional (CFSP), ServSafe

• Interests: Spending time with family and friends, golf

Davin Cox

• Born and grew up: Dallas/Fort Worth area

• Food Service Background: Started with Munn Marketing in 2002. In 2005, I worked for a premier chain dealer, Concept Services. I took a break from the industry from 2006–2011. I was a firefighter/EMT during this period. I came back to the industry in 2015 when I began working for Advanced Culinary.

• Interests: I love the outdoors! I enjoy mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing, camping, and hunting. Spending time with friends and family (including the dogs) is very important.

Stephanie Pate

• Born and grew up: Claremore, OK

• Work Background: I am industrious and have worked in several retail and food service segments. I have supported my team at every opportunity.

  I managed a store for over four years, navigating ever-changing regulations, establishing the brand, and coordinating purchasing and employee schedules.

• Interests: Spending time with my friends and family (with coffee inhand), I love my 20 year old dog - Rio, and enjoy being surrounded by nature!

Kirkland Dixon

• Born and grew up: Baton Rouge, LA

• Work Background: Started with client relations and sales in 2012 and became a sales coordinator in 2019 and have been involved in some form of it ever since!

• Certification: Certified Drafting and Design, Flooring

• Interests: Spending time with my wife, technology, sports, card games, movies, shoes and food!

Lynne Halfin

• Born: Waukeygan, IL

• Grew up: Illinois & Houston, TX

• Work Background: Received an Accounting degree from Sam

  Houston State University. Worked in the accounting department at

  Kroger for nearly 20 years. I was instrumental in setting up and

  coordinating the Wine festival and Antique show for the Historic

  Montgomery Business Association.

• Food Service Background: I started with DJ Marketing in 2007.

• Interests: Ministry outreach, travelling, reading, spending time with family and friends.

Daniel Black

• Born: Mesquite, TX

• Grew up: North & East Texas

• Work background: Customer relationship management, multitasking, good communication have always been the cornerstones of my work ethic while in the fitness and logistics industries. I am excited to begin my career in the food service industry!

• Served as an infantryman in the Army National Guard with two deployments to Baghdad. I received a combat infantryman’s badge, two Army Commendation medals, and other badges.

• Interests: Gadgets and the outdoors! I love all sorts of tech, but also spend a great portion of the warmer months on a paddle board.
